The Southborough Housing Authority is managed by an Executive Director, an Administrative Assistant and a Maintenance person.The SHA has 56 units of elderly/disabled housing at Colonial Gardens on Boston Road. We also have 3 units of family; one is three bedrooms the others are two bedrooms. Our 689 special needs group home is an 8-bedroom house for adults. It is managed by The Bridge of Central Mass. and the Department of Mental Health.
