One bedroom elderly/disabled 667 housing rent is based upon 30% of gross income with electricity, heat and water included. Tenants are responsible for their own telephone and cable. There is no asset limit. Interest imputed on assets is used when calculating rent. The SHA is governed by the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities. We do not have any federal housing programs, nor do we distribute Section 8 vouchers.

Family 705 housing rent is based upon 27% of gross income and they pay for their own utilities except water. There is no asset limit. Interest imputed on assets is used when calculating rent. Advocates - North Street

A program of services for low-income persons with developmental disabilities in a residential setting licensed and regulated by the Department of Mental Health and managed by Advocates of Framingham, MA.
